Bianca Badii

Curriculum Vitae

Bianca finished her master’s degree in Health Sciences and Technology at ETH Zürich in 2021. During her master’s she specialized in Neuroscience. She conducted her master’s thesis in the Neural Control of Movement Lab at ETH Zürich. She investigated neuronal correlates of vibrotactile working memory. After finishing her master’s, she stayed at the Neural Control of Movement lab as a research assistant to help in the development of a pupil-based neurofeedback device. She started her PhD in the Neural Control of Movement Lab in August 2022.

Research Interests

Bianca investigates the mechanisms behind a pupil-based neurofeedback method and its influence on the Locus Coeruleus-Noradrenaline system. In a further step she will investigate possible mechanisms of pupil-based neurofeedback on acute stress.
