Nikola Merkas

Curriculum Vitae

Nikola Merkas, born in 1985, completed his bachelor's degree in Games Programming at Middlesex University. During his studies he taught game development and founded his game studio in Stuttgart. In his studio, he worked mainly on customer projects and held worldwide workshops for his industrial partners.

He provided games, virtual reality solutions, augmented reality applications, realtime 3D solutions and entertainment software for a broad variety of industrial fields. After several years in the industry, he decided to combine gaming technology with health sciences. He joined the NCM Lab in August 2022 and is working on developing new VR apps for health sciences.
